The Mannixs Empowerment Foundation is proud to announce the Executive Leadership and Accountability Summit 2026 alongside the Grand Launch of Five Scholarly Books by Prof. Mannixs E. Paul, PhD, LL.D. (Hons).

Held under the theme “Bridging the Leadership and Accountability Gap in Africa for the 21st Century,” the Summit will convene leaders from government, academia, business, security agencies, civil society, development organizations, and the wider public to explore practical solutions for strengthening leadership, accountability, and sustainable development across Africa.

A major highlight of the event will be the unveiling of five scholarly publications covering governance, forensic investigation, criminal intelligence, financial accountability, strategic leadership, and national development. Together, these works provide practical insights for policymakers, researchers, professionals, students, and institutions committed to building stronger societies.
